Job summary

Granite Recovery Centers in New Hampshire seeks a Clinical Director to lead clinical services, train staff, and ensure quality assurance. You will report to the Executive Director and collaborate with the Senior Management Team to maintain compliance with state standards and federal regulations.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree required in counseling, psychology, behavioral science, or equivalent field of study.
• Experience providing clinical supervision in accordance with NH state licensure rules and regulations.
• Knowledge of recovery, mental health, and co‑occurring disorders.
• Experience working with addiction in a residential and/or intensive outpatient milieu.
• Experience in crisis intervention and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Executive Director in program development.
• Ensure clinical services are in compliance with county, state, and federal regulations.
• Provide clinical supervision for all staff on relevant client services.
• Provide or coordinate clinical trainings for all staff.
• Review treatment plans, case notes, and written correspondence to verify compliance.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate clinical operations.
• Collaborate with the Executive Director and Quality Assurance to develop policies and procedures.
• Evaluate clinical staff annually.
• Oversee the audit of clinical charts for adherence to statutes.
• Facilitate weekly team meetings to ensure coordinated implementation of treatment plans.
• Maintain HIPAA and documentation standards.
• Ensure adherence to required pre‑employment screenings and verifications.

Position Overview

The Clinical Director will report to the Executive Director and is responsible for the management and quality assurance of all clinical services, including the training of all clinical staff. The Clinical Director works closely with the Executive Director and is part of the Senior Management Team, supporting compliance with state standards and the mission of the Green Mountain Treatment Center.

Requirements

• Knowledge of recovery, mental health, and co‑occurring disorders
• Experience working with addiction in a residential and/or intensive outpatient milieu
• Experience in crisis intervention and conflict resolution skills

• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain a positive collaborative relationship among staff
• Specific vision abilities (close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception) required
