Job summary

Granite Recovery Centers is seeking a Clinical Director to lead clinical services, supervise all clinical staff, and ensure quality assurance across our programs. The role reports to the Executive Director and collaborates with senior leadership to meet state and federal standards and uphold our mission.

The ideal candidate will possess advanced counseling credentials, strong crisis management skills, and a proven ability to train and develop clinical staff while maintaining HIPAA-compliant

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in counseling, psychology, behavioral science, or equivalent field of study.
• Experience providing clinical supervision under NH licensure rules and regulations.
• Knowledge of recovery, mental health, and co-occurring disorders.
• Experience in addiction treatment in residential and/or intensive outpatient settings.
• Experience in crisis intervention and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Executive Director in program development.
• Ensure clinical services comply with county, state, and federal regulations.
• Provide and coordinate clinical supervision for all clinical staff on topics relevant to client services.
• Provide and coordinate clinical trainings for staff on client services.
• Review treatment plans, case notes and correspondence to meet regulatory standards.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate clinical operations; collaborate on policy/procedure development.
• Evaluate clinical staff on an annual basis.

Full Time - Clinical Director

The Clinical Director will report to the Executive Director and is responsible for the management and quality assurance of all clinical services provided by Granite recovery Centers, including the training of all clinical staff. The Clinical Director works closely with the Executive Director relating to the program and the clinical services provided. The Clinical Director is also part of the Senior Management Team, which supports compliance with all delivery of services to the fiscal, ethical, and legal standards upheld by the state of New Hampshire and the core values and mission of Green Mountain Treatment Center.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Support the Executive Director in program development
• Ensure clinical services are in compliance with county, state, and federal regular agencies
• Responsible for the provision of clinical supervision for all clinical staff on clinical topics relevant to client services provided by Granite recovery Centers
• Provide and/or coordinate clinical trainings for all clinical staff on clinical topics relevant to the client services provided by Granite recovery Centers
• Review treatment plans, case notes and written correspondence in order to verify that such documents meet county, state, and federal agency standards
• Develop, implement, and evaluate clinical operationsCollaborate with the Executive Director and Quality Assurance in the development of policies and procedures relating to Granite Recovery Centers programs
• Evaluate clinical staff annually

• Responsible for the oversight, supervision and quality assurance of all clinical services including both record keeping and direct services
• In conjunction with the Executive Director ensures adherence to the required HIPAA and documentation as identified by county, state, and federal regulatory agencies
• In collaboration with the Executive Director oversee the audit of the clinical charts to ensure adherence to county, state, and federal statutes
• In coordination with the Executive Director and related team members, facilitate team meeting on a weekly basis to ensure coordinated implementation of treatment plans and service utilization ensuring the comprehensive care of clients reflects the philosophy and objectives of Granite Recovery Centers
• Must meet pre-employment and maintain all applicable state, national, and job-related guidelines for reference checking, background screening, 10 panel urine drug screening, health screening, DMV (if applicable), insurance (if applicable), and license/credential verifications
