Qualifications
  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field
  • Minimum 3+ years of clinical experience in mental health or healthcare
  • At least 2+ years of supervisory or management experience
  • Valid clinical license in New Jersey (LCSW)
  • Certificate in Clinical Supervision
  • Knowledge of clinical best practices, treatment modalities, and behavioral healthcare
  • Experience in program development, supervision, and leadership
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to change
  • Commitment to ethical standards and high-quality care
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical leadership to a specialized team focusing on innovative, patient-centered services, including technology addiction treatment
  • Mentor clinical staff, fostering professional growth and adherence to regulations
  • Manage caseloads to ensure effective treatment delivery
  • Develop and enhance programs by integrating evidence-based practices
  • Coordinate patient care, monitor treatment plans, and ensure effective service delivery
  • Maintain compliance with HIPAA and other regulations, ensuring quality documentation
  • Collaborate on policy creation and implementation to support organizational goals
Additional Responsibilities
  • Conduct clinical assessments using standardized tools
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy, crisis intervention, and case management
  • Audit clinical records for regulatory compliance
  • Perform supervisory and clinical tasks to support CTRLCare’s mission
