Seeking a dynamic clinical leader to direct a large Outpatient Mental Health and Substance Use treatment center in Far Rockaway, NY, that treats children, adults, and families with a specialization in family-centered treatment.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Providing clinical leadership and direction to a team of supervisors, therapists, and professional staff.
  2. Overseeing case assignment and management, including high-risk clients or those with suicidal ideation.
  3. Managing specialized treatment tracks including early childhood mental health, perinatal mental health, SUD, divorced families, and anxiety.
  4. Enhancing program reach and quality by implementing innovative programming and staff training.
  5. Conducting community outreach, engaging with community stakeholders, and developing community-specific programming.
  6. Maintaining expert knowledge of agency and regulatory protocols.
  7. Collaborating effectively within a team setting.

Qualifications:

  • LCSW, LMHC, PsyD, or PhD level clinical licensure required.
  • Minimum of seven years of experience in clinical mental health.
  • Prior experience with OMH and/or OASAS licensed facilities.
  • At least three years of leadership or administrative experience.
  • Prior experience with CCBHC preferred.
