Qualifications

• MD/DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Residency in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, or primary care.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical practice; 3+ years leadership/medical management preferred.
• Experience serving Medicaid, underserved populations; community health or FQHC-like environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and oversight for all medical services within the clinic.
• Establish and maintain an effective medical management structure for compliance and patient outcomes.
• Supervise physicians, advanced practice providers, nursing staff, and others as applicable.
• Ensure delivery of evidence-based, culturally responsive, trauma-informed care.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to implement medical initiatives and improve patient access and outcomes.
• Lead quality improvement, utilization management, and risk management activities.
