Job summary

Total Care Learning Academy in Yuma, AZ is seeking a Clinical Director (BCBA) to lead our clinical team and oversee service delivery for children and families.

The ideal candidate will provide clinical leadership, supervise staff, develop individualized treatment plans, ensure compliance with standards, and partner with families to achieve positive outcomes; AZ BCBA required, master's in related field, and school-based experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA or related field is required.
• Arizona BCBA certification is required.
• Experience supervising clinicians is required.
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles and evidence-based practices is essential.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential.
• School environment experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership, supervision, and support to clinical team members.
• Oversee the quality and effectiveness of clinical services and programming.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and clinical strategies.
• Supervise, mentor, and coach clinical staff to support professional growth.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, ethical guidelines, and applicable regulations.
• Review clinical documentation for accuracy, quality, and timeliness.
• Collaborate with families, staff, and leadership to achieve positive outcomes.
• Support staff training, onboarding, and ongoing development.

What you’ll bring:

• Arizona BCBA certification required

• Strong knowledge of ABA principles and evidence-based practices
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• Passion for improving the lives of children with autism and supporting their families
• Experience work in a school environment preferred
