Zusammenfassung

VABODE Behavioral Health / SMARTS Recovery is seeking a Clinical Director to oversee behavioral health and substance use services in Virginia. Lead QMHPs, supervise one SUD Counselor, conduct assessments, and ensure compliance with Virginia DBHDS and DMAS regulations.

Responsibilities include reviewing treatment plans, clinical documentation, and client progress; facilitating treatment team meetings; and guiding audits and program development.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field.
• Current, unrestricted Virginia mental health license (LPC, LCSW, or equivalent) preferred.
• License-eligible candidates will be considered.
• Experience in clinical assessments, supervision, and behavioral health services.
• Knowledge of Virginia DBHDS and DMAS requirements preferred.
• Strong clinical leadership and organizational skills.
