Job summary

Godwins Wellness Services in Owings Mills, MD seeks an experienced Maryland Licensed Clinical Social Worker–Clinical (LCSW-C) to serve as Clinical Director for behavioral health programs, including PRP. The role provides clinical leadership, supervision, and oversight to Rehabilitation Specialists and other clinical staff.

The position requires an LCSW-C, 5+ years in behavioral health, and knowledge of Maryland regulations, Medicaid, and PRP services.

Qualifications

• Active Maryland LCSW-C license in good standing.
• Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Minimum five (5) years of behavioral health experience.
• Supervisory or clinical leadership experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Maryland behavioral health regulations, Medicaid, and PRP services.
• Experience with electronic health records (EHRs) and clinical documentation.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision and consultation to Rehabilitation Specialists.
• Review assessments, rehabilitation plans, and clinical documentation.
• Support treatment planning and clinical decision-making.
• Ensure services are person-centered, medically necessary, and recovery-oriented.
• Mentor and develop clinical staff through supervision and training.
• Collaborate with leadership on policies and program development.
