• Facilitates treatment team meetings and participates in case consults.
• Provides individual and group supervision to counselors and staff.
• Attends shift changes and meetings; maintains caseload as needed.
• Assists Executive Director in developing new programs; performs clerical duties for client files.
• Maintains safe, therapeutic environment; ensures daily clinical program operations.

Education

Master’s Degree in chemical dependency/psychology/social work/counseling

CADC certification/licensure

Bachelor’s level with CADC or pursuing CADC

Associates Degree with CAAC
