Description

Bierman Autism Centers is seeking a full-time, center-based Clinical Director to join a motivated and energetic team dedicated to transforming the lives of children aged 2 to 12 diagnosed with autism. We focus on building a fun and creative work culture, helping parents and children grow on their terms, and continually improving our methods to support each child's unique success. Our approach emphasizes natural play to teach foundational skills like self-advocacy and communication, enabling children to reach their potential.

What Will You Do as a Clinical Director?

You will be responsible for enhancing client success within your center by supporting and training BCBAs, conducting case reviews, developing staff skills, and overseeing client progress through clinical outcome metrics. You will also manage the intake process for new learners, including tours, assessments, caseload management, and providing ongoing support to staff. You will partner with the Practice Manager to lead the center.

Requirements
  • Master’s degree and current BCBA certification
  • Experience in setting up and managing programs for children with autism
  • Experience overseeing and training BCBAs
  • Ability to lift and transport clients (minimum 30 pounds)
  • Desire to make a positive impact on children and families
  • Experience in OBM is a plus
