The Clinical Director will lead and support our clinical team while maintaining a low individual caseload. You'll oversee clinical quality, guide case development, mentor staff, and help ensure that every client receives ethical, effective, and individualized care.

- Mentor, supervise, and support Program Managers and clinical staff
- Oversee clinical programming and the delivery of high-quality ABA services
- Manage a low individual caseload
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Monitor client progress, analyze clinical data, and adjust programming as needed
- Support case development, clinical problem-solving, and treatment integrity
- Lead staff training, competency development, and ongoing professional growth
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members
- Ensure compliance with BACB ethical standards and applicable requirements
- Help foster a collaborative culture built on communication, accountability, and support
- Active BCBA certification in good standing, required
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
- ABA clinical experience, with supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferredExperience conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and overseeing clinical programming
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience supporting individuals with autism and related developmental disabilities
- Someone who values quality care, mentorship, collaboration, and individualized treatment
- Ability to stay organized and effective in a hybrid work environment
- $60-$70 per hour, based on experience
