Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in ABA, Psychology, Education or related field with approved behavior-analytic coursework.

Responsibilities

• Clinical quality and outcomes across all client programs.
• Oversight of assessments, treatment planning, and program implementation.
• Final review and approval of treatment plans prior to payer submission.
• Clinical performance and operational metrics and ongoing program improvement.
• Staff development, training, and supervision standards as well as RBT mentorship and assistance with RBT growth through the career path.
