A leading autism care provider in Trumbull, Connecticut is seeking a Clinical Director / BCBA to manage clinical teams and ensure high-quality services. The role includes supervising BCBAs and RBTs, conducting assessments, and supporting the ABA Academy training program. Candidates must have an active BCBA certification and at least 3 years of experience. Competitive salary of $125,000 - $150,000 plus benefits such as loan repayment programs, tuition reimbursement, and paid time off.

Formación

• Master’s degree required in a relevant field.
• Active BCBA certification mandatory.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Licensed BCBA.
