Sunray ABA is seeking a BCBA Clinical Director to oversee clinical operations across Atlanta, Augusta, and Columbus, GA. The role leads clinical staff, develops policies, and drives growth in a collaborative environment.

The director will supervise BCBAs, RBTs, and other clinicians, ensuring high standards of care and ongoing staff development. A strong focus on evidence-based practices is required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher required in ABA, psychology, education, or related field.
• Active BCBA certification in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, mentor, and train BCBAs, RBTs, and clinical staff.
• Lead development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding and performance evaluation of clinical staff.
• Maintain knowledge of industry best practices and emerging research.

Education

Master's degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
