Overview

Work at a top-rated ABA provider managed by a clinical leadership team of BCBAs! Helping Hands Family (HHF) provides ABA services in clinics, in family homes, and in the community. Our mission is to deliver personalized autism services to each patient.

The Clinical Director acts as the CEO of their clinic, managing operations and team members. They support BCBAs and RBTs with clinical programming questions, communicate with families on high-level concerns, and foster a positive, supportive culture to retain staff.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily clinic operations ensuring quality services.
  • Review, supervise, and provide feedback on clinical programs, behavior intervention plans, assessments, and session notes.
  • Provide supervision, training, and support to team members.
  • Promote positive interactions with clients and families.
  • Coach and mentor BCBAs and RBTs per policies and laws.
  • Establish a culture of accountability and support clinic success.
  • Conduct clinical meetings and communicate company updates.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, labor laws, and other regulations.
  • Participate in budgeting, P&L reviews, and meet financial goals.
  • Monitor financial performance and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Maintain no caseload when the clinic is operational with a full BCBA team.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of BCBA experience; Master’s in ABA or related field required.
  • BCBA Certification and state license (if applicable).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
