Overview

Work at a top-rated ABA provider managed by a clinical leadership team of BCBAs! Helping Hands Family (HHF) provides ABA services in clinics, family homes, and the community. Our mission is to provide personalized autism services to each patient.

The Clinical Director is the CEO of their clinic, managing operations and team members. They support BCBAs and RBTs by answering clinical programming questions, communicate with families regarding high-level concerns, and foster a positive, supportive culture to retain staff.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure quality services.
  • Review, supervise, and provide feedback on clinical programs, behavior intervention plans, assessments, and session notes.
  • Provide supervision, training, and support to team members.
  • Promote positive interactions with clients and families.
  • Coach and mentor BCBAs and RBTs in accordance with policies and laws.
  • Establish a culture of accountability and support clinic success.
  • Conduct clinical meetings and communicate company information.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, labor laws, and other regulations.
  • Participate in budgeting, P&L reviews, and meet financial goals.
  • Monitor financial progress, analyze results, and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Maintain no caseload when the clinic is fully staffed with BCBAs.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience as a BCBA (Master’s Degree in ABA or related field required).
  • BCBA certification and state license (if applicable).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
