Job summary

Atlanta Autism Center (AAC) seeks a Clinical Director to lead a center-based team delivering diagnostic and therapy services for children under eight. You will supervise BCBAs and interns, support BTs and RBTs, and ensure ethical, assent-based clinical care with strong operational oversight.

The role offers a structured Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm schedule, one remote day per week, generous leave, and ongoing professional development through CEUs, supervision, and stipends.

Qualifications

• 3 years BCBA experience.
• Master's degree with BACB-verified coursework sequence.
• Active BCBA certification (BACB).
• Active BCBA license (Starting October 1, 2025).
• Renew BACB and GA license every 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision to each BCBA and BCBA Intern assigned to you.
• Provide assistance and support with clinic operations.
• Provide case management support as needed.

At Atlanta Autism Center (AAC), we provide 100% center-based, early diagnostic and therapy services for children with autism spectrum disorder, ages 8 and under. We are currently seeking a dedicated CD to join our team. This center-based role offers a structured yet flexible schedule, allowing CDs to focus on quality clinical care, mentorship, and professional growth while maintaining a work-life balance.

The Clinical Director will function in both an operational and clinical capacity. The primary responsibilities are to effectively and efficiently run the assigned center, supervise BCBAs and BCBA Interns, provide clinical support to BTs, RBTs, BCBAs, and other clinical staff within their assigned center, and ensure that clients and families are receiving high-quality, effective, assent-based, and ethical clinical services.

Requirements
