Job summary

Apollo Behavior, the premier ABA provider in metro Atlanta, seeks a Clinical Director and BCBA to lead a center and uphold clinical excellence.

Based at two Alpharetta locations with a two-center footprint, you will supervise BCBA staff, oversee treatment plans, mentor clinicians, and partner with families to sustain client progress.

Compensation targets range from $113,000 to $123,000 per year, with a base salary of $100,000, and a Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm schedule.

Qualifications

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst credential required.
  • 3+ years working as a BCBA in-center.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration with parents/caregivers.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee delivery of services and operations at a single center.
  • Lead BCBA team and collaborate with Operations Manager to ensure quality care.
  • Coach BCBAs on learning objectives and leadership.
  • Coordinate with families to sustain client progress long-term.
  • Develop and mentor other team members.
  • Implement and oversee innovative ABA methods with mentorship.

Role: Clinical Director and Board Certified Behavior Analyst/BCBA

Location: You will split your time between two Apollo centers.

North Alpharetta: 13000 Deerfield Parkway Suite #112, Milton, GA 30004

South Alpharetta: 1000 Mansell Exchange West, Suite 360, Alpharetta, GA 30022

Compensation: Target salary anywhere between $113,000-$123,000. Base salary - $100,000.00

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Role Responsibilities:

As a Clinical Director, you are responsible for overseeing the delivery of services and operations of a single location. Your typical day might include:

  • Serving as the leader of our center, overseeing several other BCBAs as they join the team, as well as the Operations Manager
  • Overseeing your BCBA team's implementation of treatment plans, ensuring they align with best practice standards and meet individual client needs
  • Completing a tour with a prospective client family
  • Coaching other BCBAs on how to address a specific learning objective, or how to be a more effective leader
  • Collaborating with parents or other caregivers to ensure client progress is sustained long-term
  • Developing and leading other team members
  • Learning about and overseeing our BCBA team's implementation of innovative ABA methods, such as RFT, with mentorship provided by our Clinical Excellence team

What you need:
  • A Board Certified Behavior Analyst credential and 3+ years working as a BCBA with some portion working in-center

  • Success leading and managing direct care clinical team members
