Apollo Behavior is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Case Supervisor for our Alpharetta center, offering a collaborative, evidence-based environment and strong work-life balance.

You will provide clinical supervision, oversee treatment programming, mentor staff, and implement Relational Frame Theory / RFT. The role emphasizes ethical caseload management and leadership development within a supportive ABA team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology or related field.
• Strong competency in skill acquisition and behavior reduction techniques.
• Experience leading and managing direct care clinical team members.

Responsibilities

• Develop and mentor team members and lead clinical initiatives.
• Learn and implement innovative ABA methods, including Relational Frame Theory (RFT).
