• Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in behavioral health or substance use disorder treatment.

Responsibilities

The Opportunity

Mainspring Recovery is seeking an experienced Clinical Director to leadits ASAM 3.5 clinically managed, high-intensity residential program inDumfries, Virginia. This on-site leadership role oversees the delivery of safe,ethical, and evidence-based inpatient services while supporting the clinicalprofessionals who provide them.

The Clinical Director will manage daily clinical operations, superviselicensed and associate-level clinicians, strengthen clinical programming, andensure compliance with ASAM criteria, Virginia DBHDS regulations, CARFstandards, payer requirements, and applicable laws. This position reports tothe Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer.
