Job summary

United Vein & Vascular Centers (UVVC) seeks a Clinical Director of Advanced Practice Providers to shape education and clinical excellence across our rapidly expanding vascular network in Florida and beyond. This enterprise leadership role partners with physician leadership to build scalable programs that empower APPs to thrive and deliver high-quality outpatient care.

You will design onboarding, competency validation, and continuing education, lead workforce planning, and develop standardized

Qualifications

Active NP license with multi-state eligibility.
National NP certification, DEA registration, and BLS.
7+ years NP clinical experience.
3+ years in leadership for provider education or clinical operations.
Experience building onboarding, competency validation, and education programs.
Strong knowledge of E/M documentation, coding, and evidence-based practice.
Coaching and mentorship of APPs.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to travel nationally.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise strategy for APP education, professional development, and workforce planning.
Partner with physician leadership to optimize care models for access, quality, and efficiency.
Design enterprise onboarding, orientation, competency validation, and continuing education programs.
Develop standardized clinical pathways, guidelines, and evidence-based resources.
Build and mentor an enterprise APP Lead program across markets.
Monitor quality, productivity, documentation, and patient outcomes.
Coach providers using performance data and support peer review.
Represent APP leadership on enterprise initiatives and uphold UVVC Core Values.
