Clinical Director - $5,000 Sign on Bonus
Location/Program: Out Patient, Brockton
Education/Licensure: Masters Degree in Behavioral Health Field, Independent License (LMFT, LICSW, LMHC) required
Pay Range: $95,680
Status: Salaried - Full Time
Shift: Monday-Friday, 830am-5pm
About Us
High Point is excited to be growing and expanding behavioral health services including inpatient psychiatric care into the Brockton Community for patients experiencing acute behavioral health crisis.
The High Point Short Term Assessment and Treatment (STAT) Unit will provide brief assessment, treatment initiation, and disposition planning for individuals seeking treatment for acute behavioral health needs for a period of up to 72 hours. Patients will be referred for inpatient behavioral health services from the local emergency departments, community mobile crisis services or Brockton CBHC. The STAT unit is licensed by the Department of Mental Health.
Individuals hired will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team of professionals including licensed clinicians, Master’s level clinicians, certified peer specialists, patient resource navigators, mental health specialists, nursing, nurse practitioners, psychiatrists, medical physicians, and psychologists. Disposition planning will include transfers to inpatient psychiatric hospitalization, Adult Community Crisis Stabilization (ACCS), outpatient and community-based diversionary services.
