Job summary

United Surgical Partners International (USPI) is seeking an RN Clinical Director for St. Joseph's Outpatient Surgery Center.

The role will lead nursing operations across the ambulatory surgery center, ensuring clinical excellence and patient safety in a multispecialty ASC that includes ENT, General Surgery, GI, and more. Qualifications include a nursing degree, active state RN license, 3+ years of leadership, CPR/ACLS, and strong teaching abilities.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an approved nursing school.
• Bachelor's degree preferred for advancement.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in a clinical setting.
• Current RN license in the state.
• CPR and ACLS certifications required.

St. Joseph's Outpatient Surgery Center is a multispecialty Ambulatory Surgery Center featuring 10 ORs and 2 GI suites. Our advanced surgical technology supports high-quality outpatient care across a broad range of specialties, including ENT, General Surgery, GI, Gynecology, Ophthalmology, Orthopedics, Pain Management, Plastics, Podiatry, and Urology.

RN Clinical Director Job Summary:

• RN Clinical Director directs the nursing operations in the surgery center.

RN Clinical Director Physical Demands:

Required Skills:

RN Clinical Director Qualifications:

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
• Bachelor's Degree Preferred
• 3 years Leadership
• Currently licensed in the state.
• CPR required, advanced life support certification required.
• One year experience required intra-operative setting.
• Demonstrates clinical competency, leadership, and teaching capabilities.
• Physically and emotionally capable of performing responsibilities of position.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions.
• Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
• General familiarity with medical terminology as it pertains to anatomy and surgical procedures for an operating room.
