Job summary

FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Morrisville, PA is seeking a full-time Clinical Director to lead and grow our outpatient physical therapy clinic. The role requires a licensed Physical Therapist with leadership experience to oversee operations, mentor staff, and maintain a full patient load.

You will guide clinical excellence across orthopedics, neurology, and vestibular rehab while developing strategic plans to expand the clinic and improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Pennsylvania (or license-eligible).
• Leadership or management experience preferred.
• Strong interest in outpatient orthopedics, neurological, vestibular, and balance patients.
• Self-motivated, organized, and collaborative leader.
• Ability to mentor and develop a high-performing clinical team.
• Recent PT graduates encouraged to consider clinical growth paths.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinic operations and daily workflow to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Maintain a full patient load.
• Lead, mentor, and support physical therapists and PTAs.
• Ensure clinical excellence in outpatient orthopedics, neurological, and vestibular rehabilitation.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to grow the clinic and optimize patient outcomes.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with ownership to establish and maintain a positive, high-performing clinic culture.
• Track and report key performance metrics.
