Job summary

Hopebridge in Louisville, KY invites a Clinical Director to lead clinical excellence across ABA programs, providing direct oversight and ensuring ethical best practices. You will mentor BCBAs, conduct performance reviews, and collaborate with center leadership to optimize staffing and clinical structure.

You’ll work with multidisciplinary teams, engage families, uphold BACB standards, and drive patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required and ongoing certification maintenance.
• Master's degree in ABA, Special Education, Psychology, or related field.
• Proven leadership and mentorship experience supervising BCBAs, BCaBAs, and RBTs.
• Expertise in ABA assessments and ethical clinical practice.

Responsibilities

• Lead Clinical Excellence: direct oversight of ABA programs and ensure quality care.
• Mentor & Support BCBAs: conduct structured mentorship sessions and reviews.
• Collaborate with Center Leadership: support onboarding, staffing, and clinical structure.
• Interdisciplinary Collaboration: partner with OTs, SLPs, psychologists, and specialists.
• Family Engagement: strengthen caregiver relationships and drive treatment outcomes.
• Maintain Clinical Integrity: ensure BACB standards and Hopebridge benchmarks.
• Track & Improve Performance: use clinical metrics to drive improvements.

• Collaborate with Center Leadership: Work with the Center Manager to support onboarding, staffing, and clinical structure.
• Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Partner with OTs, SLPs, psychologists, and other specialists to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care.
• Family Engagement: Strengthen caregiver relationships, conduct family guidance sessions, and drive treatment success.
• Maintain Clinical Integrity: Ensure compliance with BACB standards and Hopebridge’s quality benchmarks.
• Track & Improve Performance: Utilize key clinical metrics to assess trends, implement action plans, and optimize patient outcomes.

Required Skills

What You’ll Bring

• BCBA Certification: Minimum of three years of BCBA experience.
• Master’s Degree: In Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Leadership & Mentorship Experience: Prior experience supervising BCBAs, BCaBAs, and RBTs preferred.
• Expertise in ABA Assessments: Proficiency in VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, EFL, AFLS, PEAK, and Practical Functional Assessments.
• Strong Communication & Collaboration Skills: Ability to engage, mentor, and drive clinical performance across teams.
• Ethical, Compassionate Leadership: Passionate about developing clinicians, enhancing patient outcomes, and fostering a culture of growth.
