Job summary

Hopebridge is seeking a BCBA to join its pediatric autism therapy team, offering ethical caseloads and strong clinical support. You will work in a collaborative model with ABA, speech, and OT, with structured onboarding and hands-on mentorship to foster a sustainable, long-term career.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Valid BCBA certification and licensure in applicable states is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized intervention plans.
• Mentor RBTs, Fellows, and newly certified BCBAs in best practices.
• Collaborate with OTs, SLPs, and Psychologists for comprehensive care.
• Provide care in a fully equipped center environment.

What You’ll Do

You will conduct behavioral assessments, develop individualized intervention plans, and mentor RBTs, Fellows, and newly certified BCBAs. You’ll also partner closely with OTs, SLPs, and Psychologists each day to provide comprehensive and collaborative care in a fully equipped center environment.
