Job summary

Pathways is seeking a Clinical Director to ensure efficient, high-quality direct client care. You will supervise BC/MT/BA/BC-ABA staff, provide clinical support and training, and travel up to 50% to meet program needs.

You will report to the Administrative Director and Clinical Director Supervisor, ensuring compliance and continual staff development. The role includes oversight of ABA services, licensure requirements, and collaboration with leadership to maintain excellence in client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Licensed in PA as a physician/psychologist/counselor/social worker or equivalent with scope to oversee ABA services.
• Certification as BCBA or graduate-level behavior analysis credential.
• Graduate degree or certificate in ABA with at least 1 year full-time ABA experience or PA licensure in a related field.
• Clearances for PA Criminal, Child Abuse, and FBI must be satisfactory.

Responsibilities

• Supervise BC/MT/BA/BC-ABA staff and provide clinical support and training.
• Oversee direct client care to ensure high quality service and adherence to standards.
• Travel up to 50% of the time to sites as needed.
• Report to Administrative Director and Clinical Director Supervisor.

Working under the direct supervision of the Administrative Director and Clinical Director Supervisor you will provide direct supervision to the BC/MT/BA/BC-ABA staff as well as clinical support and training. This position requires travel of up to 50% of the time.

Does the following apply to you?

• Licensed in this Commonwealth as a physician practicing psychiatry, psychologist, professional counselor, marriage and family therapist, certified registered nurse practitioner with a mental health certification or clinical social worker, behavior specialist or other professional with a scope of practice that includes overseeing the provision of ABA services AND one (1) of the following:
• A certification as a BCBA or other graduate-level certification in behavior analysis.
• A graduate degree or graduate certificate in ABA AND a minimum of one (1) year of full-time experience in providing ABA services.
• Licensed as a psychologist in this Commonwealth with a minimum of three (3) years of full- time experience in providing clinical oversight of an ABA program and a minimum of 40-hours of training related to ABA
• Satisfactory results of PA Criminal, Child Abuse, and FBI Clearances
