Job summary

Pathways is seeking a Clinical Director to supervise BC/MT/BA/BC-ABA staff and provide clinical support and training. The role requires travel up to 50% and works under the Administrative Director and Clinical Director Supervisor to ensure high-quality client care.

Qualifications

• Licensed in this Commonwealth as a physician practicing psychiatry, psychologist, professional counselor, marriage and family therapist, certified registered nurse practitioner with a mental health certification or clinical social worker, behavior specialist or other professional with a scope of practice that includes overseeing the provision of ABA services.
• A graduate degree or graduate certificate in ABA AND a minimum of one year of full-time experience in providing ABA services.
• Licensed as a psychologist in this Commonwealth with a minimum of three years of full-time experience in providing clinical oversight of an ABA program and a minimum of 40 hours of training related to ABA.
• Satisfactory results of PA Criminal, Child Abuse, and FBI Clearances.

• Licensed as a psychologist in this Commonwealth with a minimum of three (3) years of full- time experience in providing clinical oversight of an ABA program and a minimum of 40-hours of training related to ABA
• Satisfactory results of PA Criminal, Child Abuse, and FBI Clearances
