Job Overview

The Physical Therapist Clinical Director is responsible for the complete oversight of operations and administration of a rehabilitative outpatient clinic providing Physical and Occupational Therapy. Ensures compliance with all regulations and healthcare requirements. This position is also responsible for patient evaluation and treatment.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelors or Masters Degree required; Doctorate preferred
  • Professional License/Certification required
  • Valid CPR license
  • Minimum of three years’ clinical outpatient experience and two years’ clinical supervision or program development experience preferred
  • Knowledge of EMR systems
  • Strong decision-making, approachable, and action-oriented
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Key Responsibilities
  • Meet clinic census goals and review scorecards weekly
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws in collaboration with People Operations
  • Manage facility maintenance, staffing, training, and onboarding
  • Monitor staff performance, compliance, and patient satisfaction
  • Oversee budget, clinical documentation, Medicare compliance, and clinical supplies
  • Manage physician referrals, clinical support staff expenses, and clinical policies
  • Conduct regular meetings with RCD and OM
