Job summary

Philips is seeking a Clinical Digital Workflow Consultant to lead design, implementation, and adoption of digital pathology solutions that improve cancer diagnosis workflows and patient care. You will work across pre-sales, solution design, and ongoing service, analyzing workflows and driving adoption in complex healthcare environments.

Strong laboratory experience or pathology expertise is required, with the ability to travel up to 80%.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience in complex, multi-stakeholder healthcare environments.
• Strong laboratory experience; qualified pathologist or deep experience in pathology/oncology workflows.
• Skills include leadership, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and the ability to structure complex problems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted consultant to customers throughout pre-sales, solution design, implementation, and ongoing service.
• Analyze current-state clinical and laboratory workflows; identify improvements and recommend changes.
• Configure or oversee configuration of solutions to align with customer workflows and deliver tailored recommendations.
• Partner with customers, account teams, service providers, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive project execution and customer success.
• Travel to customer sites as needed, with travel up to 80%.
