Carle Health is seeking a Registered Dietitian to provide nutrition screening, assessment and counseling across Family Practice and Digestive Health clinics. You will lead weight management education, collaborate with clinicians, and guide patients through sustainable lifestyle changes.

A $5,000 sign-on bonus and relocation support are offered. You will document care in the EMR, participate in nutrition education activities, and contribute to patient outcomes while supporting a dynamic clinical

Competenze

Licensed, registered dietitian with ability to provide medical nutrition therapy.
Experience in nutrition screening, assessment and education in clinical settings.
Ability to document care in the EMR with accurate nutrition plans.

Mansioni

Provide nutrition counseling to patients in Family Practice and Digestive Health.
Support weight management and medical weight loss programs.
Collaborate with providers to align nutrition plans with diagnoses.
Educate patients on healthy eating, digestive health and behavior change.
Document nutrition care plans and monitor outcomes in the EMR.
Participate in weekend/holiday rotation and intern precepting as needed.
