Job summary

Saint Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center (SJHMC) in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Clinical Dietitian to provide expert nutrition care and develop individualized plans to improve patient health outcomes. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with completion of ACEND-accredited dietetics program.
• Registered Dietitian (RD or RD-ADA or RD-AND or RD-CDR) within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Develops an intervention plan which includes appropriate feeding route, mode, and nutrition prescription unique to patient's needs, per physician orders.
• Monitors and evaluates patient response to interventions by meeting nutrition care plan goals.
• Updates plan of care as necessary and follows up with the patient.
• Collaborates within an interdisciplinary environment to identify nutrition risk or need for higher level of care.
• Collaborates with the Food and Nutrition Services team to enhance patient experience.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Dietetics (ACEND-accredited)
