Job summary

Qualifications

• Assess nutritional status by reviewing medical history, meds, labs, eating habits and weight history.
• Provide appropriate nutrition education and information based on knowledge gaps.
• Collaborate with physicians, PAs, APRNs, nurses and other providers to coordinate care.
