Job summary

ERC Pathlight is seeking a Clinical Dietitian to provide medical nutrition therapy to patients recovering from eating disorders, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team in Austin, TX. The role emphasizes education for patients and families and ongoing meal planning.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday. The ideal candidate holds an RD/RDN credential, a state license, and 0–2 years of experience for entry levels or more for senior levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; graduate degree preferred.
• Current RD/RDN credential with CDR; state license required.
• 0–2 years of RD experience for entry level; more for senior levels.

Responsibilities

• Provides medical nutrition therapy to eating-disorder patients by assessing status and planning meals.
• Delivers individualized nutrition counseling to patients and families to meet goals.
• Documents interventions, sessions, and meal plans in the chart.
• Collaborates with the treatment team and attends meetings to guide nutrition care.
• Leads experiential groups and supports meal and snack planning as applicable.
