Duke University Health System seeks to hire a dedicated Clinical Dietitian who will embrace our mission of Advancing Health Together. This Clinical Dietitian will primarily serve our patient populations through diabetes education and nutrition counseling in patients facing obesity, kidney disease, hyperlipidemia, or malnutrition/failure to thrive. The Population Health sector of our Duke Primary Care facilities provides population health nutrition services through evidence-based nutrition counseling, medication and nutrition care coordination, and multidisciplinary collaboration to improve health outcomes for patients and individuals with various medical needs. Our care focuses on early intervention, continuity of care, patient education, and equitable access to nutrition services while supporting long-term health and disease prevention through remote and in-person, patient-centered care.
