Screens and assesses nutritional status of patients and develops nutrition care plans with established goals. Provides medical nutrition therapy and nutrition education following established standards of care and practice guidelines. Works collaboratively within an interdisciplinary model to achieve positive patient outcomes. Participates in performance improvement process and initiatives to improve client/patient services. Acts as a role model for staff members. Manages resources to achieve budgetary goals. Complies with all regulatory standards. Demonstrates flexibility in response to changes. Supports patient meal service functions. Performs other duties as assigned.
Per Diem, as needed: variable shifts, weekdays, weekends and holidays. Position provides coverage at any of the 3 NHC entities: Beverly Hospital in Beverly, Addison Gilbert Hospital in Gloucester and BayRidge Hospital in Lynn.

BS in Nutrition, Dietetics or related field
One year previous experience in Clinical Dietetics preferred
Current registration with the Commission on Dietetic Registration
Current Massachusetts License
