Virtua Health is seeking a part-time nutrition clinician responsible for assessing, educating, and making decisions regarding the nutrition therapy of patients. You will ensure nutrition care is documented per policies and regulatory guidelines, collaborating with the medical team to meet patient needs.

Role requires a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition/Dietetics and RD/RDE registration; on-site work with a 30-hour workweek. Comprehensive benefits are offered to eligible staff.

Formación

• Bachelor of Science in Nutrition/Dietetics is required.
• Valid RD or RDE registration is required.
• Experience in patient nutrition education is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide nutritional assessment, education, counseling and documentation.
• Collaborates with medical professionals to assure patient nutrition needs are met.
• Attends medical rounds on units where applicable.
• Acts as resource for Healthcare Team as it relates to the patient.
