You will ensure care is documented according to policies and regulatory guidelines and collaborate with the healthcare team to meet patient nutrition needs.

The role requires a BS in Nutrition/Dietetics and valid RD/RDE registration, with responsibilities including attending rounds and serving as a resource for the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nutrition/Dietetics required.
• RD/RDE registration required.
• On-site part-time nutrition therapy role.

Responsibilities

• Provide nutritional assessment, education, counseling and documentation.
• Collaborates with medical professionals to assure patient nutrition needs are met.
• Attends medical rounds on units where applicable.
• Acts as resource for Healthcare Team as it relates to the patient.
