Responsibilities

• Formulates and executes nutritional care for assigned patients/residents.
• Assesses nutritional status across pediatrics to geriatrics per hospital policies.
• Develops/updates nutrition care plans based on patient information and medical data.
• Provides evidence-based recommendations for patient care.
• Plans regular and modified menus per current diet manual and communicates with patients/families.
