Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assesses the nutritional status of patients across age groups.
• Develops and revises nutrition care plans based on patient information and team input.
• Advises department on patient care and food service issues.
• Complies with federal and state regulatory standards with no deficiencies.
• Participates in Performance Improvement programs to improve care processes.
• Orients, mentors and trains staff and interns as applicable.
