Description:
The Clinical Dietitian conducts daily rounds on patients to assess nutritional status. In this role, the Clinical Dietitian will evaluate, assess plans, chart in patients’ medical records, and implement nutritional care.
Qualifications:
Requires a bachelor’s degree with a major in Dietetics or a related field. A master’s degree will be required for candidates completing Dietetic registration after January 2024. Requires an active State of Florida Dietitian licensure within six (6) months of employment, or within seven (7) months of obtaining Registered Dietitian status. Requires Registered Dietitian status through the Commission on Dietetic Registration within six (6) months of employment. Prefer a minimum of one (1) year of experience in dietetics. Prefer active membership of professional dietetic associations at a local and/or national level.
