Job summary

Fairview Health Services in Maple Grove is seeking a Clinical Dietitian to join our Maple Grove Clinic. You will provide medical nutrition therapy, assess nutritional needs, develop care plans, and educate patients, families, and the community.

You will precept dietetic interns, contribute to quality improvement, and support research initiatives. This is a full-time, onsite position (1.0 FTE) with no weekends, offering meaningful patient care and professional growth.

Qualifications

• B.S./B.A. required.
• RD/AND registered or eligible—if not registered within 180 days.
• Minnesota State licensure required; if licensed outside MN, must have licensure within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Develops Patient’s Nutrition Care Plan.
• Completes nutrition assessment according to department policy.
• Develops individualized plans based on age, culture, social conditions, and other needs.
• Collaborates with patient, family and other healthcare professionals.
• Demonstrates critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Orders supplements, diets, nutrition therapy and related items.
