Job summary
Compass Healthcare is seeking a Clinical Dietitian in Norwalk, Connecticut. In this role, you will provide Medical Nutrition Therapy and collaborate with a team to enhance patient outcomes through evidence-based nutrition care. The position requires a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist or someone eligible for the CDR exam.
You will perform nutritional assessments, guide patients on nutrition strategies, and contribute to quality patient care initiatives.

Qualifications
- Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) or CDR exam eligible.
- Licensed Dietitian in the state of practice as applicable.
- Healthcare experience preferred; new graduates with strong clinical training encouraged.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop care plans.
- Provide guidance on nutrition and lifestyle strategies.
- Apply research to ensure high-quality care.
- Contribute to QAPI initiatives.
- Partner with food service management for patient satisfaction.
- Support staff and dietetic interns through education.
