Job summary

The role emphasizes collaboration to create nutritionally appropriate menus and services, and to educate the organization and community on topics like eating disorders

Qualifications

• Licensed Dietitian in Kentucky and Registered Dietitian (CDR) certification.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates, and implements nutritional therapy services for patients.
• Assesses nutritional status and needs; develops and implements care plans.
• Collaborates with physicians, nursing, pharmacy, and other healthcare team members to provide medical nutrition therapy.
• Develops nutritionally appropriate menus, food options, and services for patients and visitors.
• Provides education, training, consulting, and counseling on topics including eating disorders and weight management.

Education
