Job summary

Qualifications

• Completion of program meeting requirements for ADA registration.

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients and initiate the Nutrition Care Process.
• Develop teaching materials and educate patients and staff with timely, clear understanding.
• Participate in interdisciplinary teams to communicate nutritional needs and improve patient outcomes.
• Contribute to Performance Improvement initiatives and nutrition service quality and budgeting.
• Maintain professional appearance and conduct with staff, patients, and visitors.
• Complete assigned goals.
