The Registered Dietitian (RD) at Jackson-County-Regional-Health-Center reviews patients' medical records to perform the nutrition care process, conducts in-depth nutrition assessments, develops nutrition diagnoses, and recommends interventions in collaboration with the care team.
This role also provides nutrition education to patients and staff, supports the Diabetes Education Program according to national standards, and may offer outpatient consults for cardiac and pulmonary rehab as directed
