Job summary
Intermountain Health seeks a Registered Dietitian Clinical to provide medical nutrition therapy across common disease states. The role offers full-time hours, daytime shifts, and potential to advance to a Clinical Specialist based on qualifications. A $2,500 sign-on bonus is available.
The candidate will assess, diagnose, and intervene with individualized nutrition plans, monitor outcomes, and collaborate with the care team while upholding quality care standards.
Qualifications
- Registered Dietitian credential by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
- Master's degree completed or in progress for eligible graduates.
- Completion of an ACEND accredited program in dietetics.
- State licensure or certification per primary state requirements.
- Clinical dietetics experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Completes and documents nutrition assessment.
- Interprets nutrition-related lab values.
- Documents nutrition diagnoses and interventions.
- Delivers nutrition education aligned to patient needs and culture.
- Monitors and evaluates nutrition outcomes.
- Collaborates with healthcare providers and other dietitians.
- Supports nutrition care across the healthcare continuum.
- Participates in department improvement projects.
