Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide Medical Nutrition Therapy and education in acute care.
• Perform comprehensive nutritional assessments and care plans.
• Collaborate with dietitian team across hospital sites.
• Support quality and performance improvement initiatives.
• Educate patients, families, staff on nutrition and wellness.
• Mentor dietetic interns where applicable.
