Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Dietitian for Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center in Baton Rouge, LA. The role supports high acuity patients and may require CNSC credential; sign-on bonus and full benefits are available from Day 1.

Responsibilities include delivering nutrition care, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and providing evidence-based counseling to patients and staff. Eligibility for RD/RDN and licensure requirements apply, with salary range disclosed by the client.

Qualifications

• Meets eligibility for RD/RDN via CDR and will become registered within 120 days of hire.
• Master’s degree in nutrition or related field with ACEND coursework and supervised practice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nutrition care for patients, residents, and communities as part of a contractual agreement.
• Collaborate across interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, high-quality care.
• Provide evidence-based nutrition counseling and training to patients, staff, students, and foodservice teams.
• Maintain professional practices aligned with regulatory standards and Sodexo policies.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives to enhance clinical outcomes and service quality.
