Job summary

CommonSpirit Health is seeking a Clinical Dietitian to deliver expert nutrition care, developing individualized plans to improve patient health outcomes. You will clearly communicate nutrition data across systems and participate in health team meetings as the resident nutrition expert.

The role requires integrating clinical expertise with empathetic, evidence-based care, following professional standards, and maintaining strong communication with patients and healthcare teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Dietetics from ACEND-accredited program and upon hire.
• RD eligibility with 90-day window and licensure as applicable.
• Documentation by registered/licensed dietitian until registration is obtained.
• Experience or ability to work in an interdisciplinary clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform nutrition assessment using age/gender standards and identify nutrition risks.
• Provide individualized nutrition interventions and education to patients and families.
• Develop feeding plans and monitor patient response with measurable goals.
• Collaborate with Food and Nutrition Services and clinical staff to ensure quality care.
